A Lived-In Look for Empty Homes
Residential Staging Services
Residential staging services in the Fraser Valley to help buyers fall in love.
When a home is vacant, it can often feel cold, uninviting, or simply forgettable. However, at Pair, we transform empty spaces into beautifully styled homes that tell a story — thereby drawing buyers in and helping them picture their future there.
Staging works.

A few details
How long will our home be staged?
Typically, staging includes one month of inventory rental. However, we always do our best to accommodate based on your listing’s needs and market pace.
Do I get to choose the style?
We consider realtor input, but ultimately, our team designs based on the ideal buyer, neighborhood, and the home’s architecture for the strongest results.
How much is staging and what's included?
Prices for residential staging services vary based on your home and the length of staging. However, everything from design and rental inventory to delivery, staging, and pick-up is covered — you won’t have to lift a finger.
Do you stage every room?
Not always. We focus on high-impact areas like the living room, kitchen, dining area, primary bedroom, and entry. If needed, we’ll recommend additional staging during our consultation.
What if my listing isn’t ready yet?
No problem—we can plan ahead. Book a consultation early so we can align our schedule with your ideal launch date.
Do you offer partial staging or accessories only?
Yes, depending on your space and needs. We offer flexible residential staging services ranging from full staging to light styling with accessories.
Can I live in the home while it’s staged?
For vacant staging, we use rental inventory that’s not meant for daily use, so we recommend the home stays empty while staged.
