Welcome to Pair Home Design! By accessing or using our website, booking services, or working with us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Services

Pair Home Design provides home staging, home styling, pre-listing consultations, and design-related services. The scope, timeline, and pricing of each project will be agreed upon in writing before services begin.

2. Bookings & Payments

  • All services must be booked in advance and confirmed in writing.

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking.

  • Full payment is due on or before the day of service unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Late payments may incur additional fees.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • We understand that things change — rescheduling is possible depending on our availability.

4. Inventory Use

  • Staging and styling services may include rental items owned by Pair Home Design. These remain our property and must be returned in the condition provided.

  • Any damage or loss of items may result in additional charges to cover repair or replacement.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring the property is clean and accessible on the scheduled service date.

  • We reserve the right to decline or delay services if the property is not prepared.

6. Design Discretion

Pair Home Design retains creative discretion when selecting staging items and styling direction, based on demographics, location, and our professional expertise. All final decisions regarding design and product use are made at our discretion unless otherwise agreed upon.

7. Liability

Pair Home Design is not responsible for any damage or loss that may occur during or after the staging period due to third-party interference, home condition, or external circumstances beyond our control.

8. Photography & Marketing

We may photograph staged homes and use images for our portfolio, website, or social media. Please notify us in writing if you prefer your property not be included in our marketing materials.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services or website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
